At Bonanza Satrangi, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase by offering a flexible 14-day return and exchange policy for unused items with original tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain categories such as innerwear and fragrances are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send the package back to our central distribution center using a traceable courier service; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
